My business is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to advertise my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

How do I store, use, share and disclose my clients’ personal information?

I have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. Your information is used by me to provide the service you have requested.

 

I may have to share your personal data with external third parties such as:-

professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers based in the UK who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services and HM Revenue and Customs, Land Registry, regulators and other authorities acting as processors based in the UK who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
